The Walker Ground is the perfect place to host your birthday parties, family event, anniversaries, reunions, engagement parties etc.

Rates:

Monday to Friday Daytime Hire: £370.00
Based on hire of three hours.
Additional hours are charged at £65 p/hr

Monday to Thursday Evening Hire (7.00pm - 11.00pm) £270.00
Additional hours are charged at £70 p/hr

Friday & Saturday Evening Hire (7.00pm - 1:00am) £450.00
Additional hours are charged at £80 p/hr

Sunday Evening Hire (7.00pm - 11.00pm) £250.00
Additional hours are charged at weekend daytime rate of £70 p/hr

* Weekend (Saturday & Sunday) Daytime Hire: £270.00

Bank holidays are charged at weekend rate.
*Daytime weekend hire is limited during our Cricket Season (April - September).

The main function and bar space offers beautiful views across our cricket pitches and
accommodates 140 people for a party or 60 comfortably for a seated event.
Banqueting tables and linen can be hired for an additional fee. The hirer is welcome to bring in their own entertainment (DJ/Band) or use your device to connect to our sound system and play your own music.
Our caterers are highly experienced in meeting the requirements for all types of events.
If you wish to use your own caterer, there is a £100 surcharge to cover any clean up and refuse collection.
External caterers are not permitted to use our kitchen facilities due to Health & Safety rules.
The Walker Bar - Members Area
The Walker Ground and its Bar is a members club and members have the right to use the facility during a function. Members have a separate entrance/exit at the far end of the bar and their own TV.
Discount available for The Walker Ground members to use the function space.

Please note, all applications for hire are at the absolute discretion of the Trustees of the Walker Ground Trust. Prices are correct at the time of quoting and are subject to change without notice. All prices agreed on a confirmed booking with a deposit paid will be honoured. The hirer is not permitted to bring in any drinks of their own. All drinks are to be purchased through The Walker Bar only.
